Was bored today and went to New Web Pick (www.newwebpick.com). Imagine to my surprise, right on the front page, my illustration (yellowchromatic); without my permission, or even worse, without any credit given. To see the worst part, download the online magazine. The second you open it you will see that same thing again. I always wanted to have wider recognition for my work as a designer/illustrator, but not like this. I would have expected more from the once-respected design community.

You tell me what I should do. What would you do?

I should probably reserve judgment for NWD until I get a response from the angry e-mail I'm about to fire off. I'm sure they are ALL not responsible as the cover pages are always done by different designers. But fuck that I'm angry now. Bastards.

Dude, that absolutely sucks, your such an awesome designer, you deserve to get the recognition and credit for that. I hope that a note sent to them will get them to remove your art, but since they have it in a publication, it might be difficult for them to and they may be unwilling to. Anyways, that is pathetic that designers who are supposed to be "respected" need to steal your work. Take it to them hard, get your work off their site.
